Not impressed with the item or service! Picture not defined at all could barely see it in the light and came packaged in a match box no case or gift wrapped! Customer service non existent have emailed and sent private messages on site 3 times each to find out returning options etc but no response in nearly 2 weeks, very disappointed

Came well presented in a chrome tin, with a soft inside. Lighter itself is very lightweight, would have preferred a heavier lighter. Engraving good.
